Beatti is a Toronto-based online jewelry brand. I joined at an early stage to help establish its visual identity and digital presence across platforms, with a primary focus on launching and managing their Shopify website.
As the sole designer, I took ownership of both creative direction and implementation—bridging web, print, and marketing to create a cohesive and conversion-friendly brand experience.

This website showcases banners, a landing page, and a custom page designed with a dark, classy, and edgy visual theme. Despite limited resources—no models or studio access—I crafted eye-catching visuals by creatively styling available objects and enhancing them through photo editing. The result is a bold, cohesive design that reflects the brand's strong identity.

Product photography was refreshed to highlight product details and better reflect the brand’s new semi-luxury positioning. As the brand shifted from affordable jewelry to exclusively offering 14K gold pieces, the visual direction was elevated to convey a more refined and premium identity across the site.

The product pages were redesigned to enhance both functionality and user experience. New features include customer reviews, detailed sections for materials and sizing, custom variant options, a wishlist, gemstone swatches, and a “shop the look” section. These updates make the pages more informative, interactive, and user-friendly—helping customers shop with confidence.

Beatti’s customer base demonstrated high brand affinity, with key indicators of strong customer retention and ROI. Recognizing this, the email marketing strategy focused on deepening engagement rather than just driving transactions. Content was designed to reinforce brand values and foster emotional loyalty through behind-the-scenes stories and product insights.

A custom icon logo was created to complement the existing type logo, optimized for applications like jewelry engraving. Branded packaging collateral, including thank you cards, was also developed to elevate the unboxing experience and strengthen overall brand identity.
